Timber Frame - Custom Single Family Home

The house location is in the mountains of Colorado. The house was designed to take advantage of four different views of the mountains. The timber frame is red and white oak species. The home is also designed with an elevator and handicap accessibility.

The house location is in a rural county in Ohio. The house was designed to take advantage of the views on the large wooded site. It is designed as a timber frame home and the timber frame is red and white oak species. The home has a accesory unit and is one story with a basement.

Hybrid Timber Frame - Custom Single Family Home

This project is located in a rural county in Ohio. It is an example of a design/built project design and built by Architect Andre Ballard of Ballard Architectural Studio.

It is a hybrid timber frame house. A two story house with finish full basement. The portico was designed to take advantage of the views of the rear yard. The timber frame species use in this house are red and white oak.
